How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address, city, the loan type you are interested in, the vehicle details and any message you write. If your enquiry becomes a loan file we also collect the documents required by the lender, such as RC, Aadhaar, PAN and bank statement.
Why we collect it
We use this information to contact you about your enquiry, to prepare your loan file and to submit it to the finance company you agree to. We also use it to remind you about EMI due dates, insurance renewal and other servicing events after disbursement.
Who we share it with
We share your file only with the bank or non-banking finance company handling your loan, and only to the extent that lender requires. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing by anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become loan files are kept for our own follow-up. Loan files and their documents are kept as long as required by the lender and by law.
How it is protected
Access is restricted by role. Only the staff working on your file can open it, documents are served through an authorisation check rather than a public link, and every change to a record is logged with the user and the time.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to correct information we hold about you, by writing to the email address on our contact page.
